India Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) applies to our processing of your personal data, MoreTasks will process that data in accordance with its requirements. Depending on the nature of processing, MoreTasks can act as a Data Fiduciary or Data Processor under the DPDP Act.

MoreTasks can act as a Data Fiduciary when it determines the purpose and means of processing, or as a Data Processor when processing personal data on behalf of a Data Fiduciary under applicable agreements.

Where we act as a Data Fiduciary, Data Principals can exercise applicable rights under the DPDP Act. Where we act as a Data Processor, we process personal data according to the instructions of the Data Fiduciary and applicable contractual requirements.
